One Futureshop saga ends, another begins

Well, I went to Futureshop on Friday to pick up my replacement notebook. And that is what they had for me. A crappy old gateway that actually had inferior specs compared to my old notebook. However, the big problem with it was that it was missing TV out. But, they didn't want to give me the lowest level laptop they had with that feature, so I managed to pay the difference for it which worked out to $150. Then I asked if I could buy a 3 year warranty with it, and of course, they saw cash and so now I have a 3 year warranty on a brand new laptop. Total price $500.

Also, more good News, on Sunday I went to the Hospital to get a doctor to look at my shoulder injury. And it turns out that it's actually just a pulled muscle. He gave me some exercises to help it heal faster and get stronger. So, it's not a joint problem like I was worried about!
Huzzah!

Futureshop continues...

Well, I'm heading to Barrie tomorrow to pick up my new laptop. It's a repackaged model, but it's current. I'm very excited to get a hold of it and finally be able to work on my resume and download music, and most of all, watch Top Gear. I just hope there isn't any more drama. For those of you keeping track i took the computer in on July 27th 2005, or 268 days ago. 268 days to get a problem with the keyboard fixed. That's 73.4% of a year I know that seems reasonable to me!
On another issue, I'm going to test drive a Cadillac CTS on monday. I hope they don't actually expect me to buy one, because I can in no way, shape, or form afford one.
Oh! I'm going to the hospital after work tonight to get a doctor to look at my shoulder. I hope it's not too late for it to heal properly.
Well... back to work!
